Welcome Bonus Terms

• New players receive 100% Bonus on their 1st deposit from £20 up to £300. To receive the full £300 you must open your account with £300.
• The bonus will be automatically added to any Mobile21 Mobile Casino players’ real-money account upon registration of a new account and the deposit of at least £20 using a valid credit / debit card.

Lotto Draw Terms

• Receive 1 entry for every £50 you deposit with no limit to the number of entries per player per month.
• Competition runs every bi- monthly and one win is available per 2 months.
• Prize Draw takes place on the 1st of every 2nd month starting 01-August-2008.

Eligibility

• Strictly one account per telephone number and credit card number is permitted.
• The welcome bonus will only be granted once per person/household.
• Employees, officers and directors of Mobile21 Mobile Casino, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies are not eligible to the bonus. The same terms apply to the direct families of such persons.

Pre-Withdrawal Requirements

• All bonus given is a real-money bonus and, as such, can be used to win real money at the casino. Given that any single bet can produce a sizeable win, members are required to place at least 30x in wagers using the bonus money prior to making a withdrawal.
• For example, if the player places a £5 bet on blackjack, this is considered to be a wager of £5, regardless of the hand’s outcome (win, lose, push or bust). If the player doubles up or split, and thereby place another £5 on the table, your total wagering for that hand becomes £10 (doubling on Video Poker / using special feature for slots does not count as wagering).
• Wagers placed on 'even bets', such as Red/Black in Roulette, will not be included in the calculation of whether or not the player has met the wagering requirements
• Some games are weighted for wagering, and only count for a specific percentage towards the wagering limit.

Promotion Abuse

Non-compliance with these terms and conditions shall be deemed as 'Promotion Abuse' and as such shall give Mobile21 Mobile Casino Management the right, at its sole discretion, to take the following actions against such abusers:

• All winnings on any account/s opened will be null and void and all withdrawals will be cancelled where play has been deemed abusive
• Abusing Player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect.
• Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers at the Casino.
• Information on known promotion abusers will be forwarded to PCS, our processing partner and may result in such players being barred from receiving bonuses at any other Casino using their services.

Use of players details in Promotions

Whilst Mobile21 carefully protects all information entrusted to us the management reserve the right to publicise any activity within the casino it deems worthy for the promotion of Mobile21. To this end players agree to the allowing of details such as their win amounts to be used by the casino with the following provisos. Information publicized will not unduly compromise a players right to anonymity. Only a players first name and last initial or vice versa shall be used, according to whichever is considered to be the least unique. For example Barry G of London won 5000 on Major Millions… H Smith won 500 on Roulette etc.

Additional Terms

• In the event of any dispute between the players and the casino the decision of the casino manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence shall be entered into once the Casino managers decision has been rendered.
